Has anyone had trouble clearing the abs codes on a UK 2001 ford puma ?
My maxisys read codes C1155 ODDTCs, C1155 CMDTCs, C1233 CMDTCs.
After replacing the N/S/F abs sensor it repaird the fault and put the abs light off, but after erasing the codes, and reading again I still get codes C1155 CMDTCs and C1233 CMDTCs

Hello mate, its the same setup as the fiesta and I am forever changing abs control units on them as they throw out spurious codes when the go down, have also had 2 with poorly fitted bearings.
Raise the wheels and see if you are getting wheel speed. If not just probe the sensor to eliminate the hub end.
I doubt its a fault in the tool to be honest

I tried to get live data, but maxisys said "no data available".
And the fault is fixed, but just can't clear the codes!

As far as I can tell, the car's ABS and traction control works as it should, there are no
fault lights on, just the fact that I can't delete the codes that it has stored.
When I unplugged the o/s/f sensor that pulled up another code, and after plugging it
back in, I can't delete that code either.
